About the role
We are looking for an Agile Project Manager with strong organizational skills and an eye towards process improvement.
As an Agile Project Manager, you will help plan, lead, organize, and motivate agile project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering projects that provide exceptional business value to users. Youll have the opportunity to wear multiple hats, and manage several concurrent projects using agile methods in a fast-paced environment.
Well trust you to:
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Assist team development
- Removing roadblocks
- Support the Product Owner in managing stakeholder expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications
- Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
Youll need to have:
- 2+ years of relevant experience as a PM in an Agile development environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Understanding of software development life cycle models
- Knowledge and practice of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices, and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
