Kinnek is looking for a talented, hungry data analyst looking to help build something truly great. We're a data-driven company; we use industry patterns, behavioral patterns, and statistical modeling to drive product and operations. We're looking for a candidate who wants to be an integral part in making sure that data is stored and used effectively to improve the wild world of small businesses.  We need someone who's excited to own the entire reporting infrastructure and ecosystem for our entire company.  You'll have the opportunity to interface with every team at Kinnek, from Sales to Marketing to Product to everywhere in between.

Responsibilities:

• Working with team leads to build an understanding of business and product challenges and develop metrics, reports, dashboards, visualizations to help solve them
• Proactively identify data quality and integrity issues and tools and methods for improvement
• Ownership of the reporting infrastructure and ecosystem

Qualifications:

• An excellent communicator - the ability to synthesize, visualize, and explain complex technical topics to technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborative personality - comfortable working cross-functionally across many teams
• Skilled at exploring, manipulating, and visualizing data to find patterns and signals
• Fluency in SQL - Experience using MySQL, Amazon Redshift, or other relational database systems.
